FIAT of Manhattan

This will be my 3rd review of Fiat of Manhattan--the first was positive based on our sales experience, the second not so good based on our service experience, and today--based on how the dealership made first was positive based on our sales experience, the second not so good based on our service experience, and today--based on how the dealership made the entire nightmare right. I just want to say that at the end of the day, I think these people and the dealership as a whole are really great--despite an almost month of dealing with service issues, we finally were able to pick up our car today and we love it. Patrick (owner), Caleb (GM), and Angela (sales person) were all wonderful today and went above and beyond to turn this into a positive experience. We would definitely recommend this dealership as they made every attempt at making this right for us--they added on 2 additional years of warranty and 1 year service at no charge. Thank you. More

I had a very positive experience. Went to lease a car due to the parking promotion and recommendation by a neighbor. This week I decided to start looking for my first car and I went into Fiat of Manhattan. It had to be one of the nicest dealerships I have went into the sales person Angela was very personable and didn't rus I went into Fiat of Manhattan. I was checking out dealer stock online when I happened on the Abarth outfitted exactly as I wanted it. I clicked the link to schedule a test drive. This was done at 1:00am in the morning. At 9:00am I got a c the Abarth outfitted exactly as I wanted it. I clicked the link to schedule a test drive. This was done at 1:00am in the morning. At 9:00am I got a call from Angela and I said I wanted a test drive for noon that day. When I got there I immediately asked Angela if the Abarth I saw online was still available. It was in transit and still available! So we test drove an Abarth they had sitting around and it was fantastic. We returned to the dealership and I plunked down my deposit. I had to wait just 18 long days until it got to the dealership. It was there when originally promised and I took delivery the same day. People order these cars and have to wait months. Angela was great. However, I cannot recommend this dealership because of Caleb Denis. He is a thief of the first order. He inflated the price of the new car to offset the price I negotiated for my trade in. In the instalment contract he added about $1200 and I didn't notice it until I got home with my new car. Live and learn. BUT learn from my mistake and STAY AWAY from Fiat of Manhattan!!! More
