I received excellent customer service from the start. I was given an appointment date for service, and was also sent a reminder. I was so happy it wasn’t a long wait! As Adrian hands me my keys, he also goes through the vehicle report with me, and points out other services needed. My overall experience was great for this visit! I got in and out quickly, but most importantly my truck got taken care of! Great work, Adrian! Thank you so much! More

I scheduled a 5000 mile service appt on 9/7 at 8:00 am. I waited for 2 hours for my vehicle to be serviced. This is the 2nd time I have had to wait 2 + hours for a 10 minute service. You were supposed to change the oil and you kept the truck all day and didn’t do anything to it! I wanted to try using a different dealership here in El.Paso rather than using the one I used to use. I was really disappointed not only is an oil change 14 dollars more than the other dealership but I El.Paso rather than using the one I used to use. It is the attention to detail that will set you apart from others. I will not be going back to this dealership and would tell anyone who asks not to even bother. More
