Then had to come back another day and miss work only for them to again leave us in the dark about what was going on for 5-6 hours. The whole process took way to long and they never updated us on anything while it was happening. Just stuck us in a back room. More

Extremely poor service vehicle quality Very poor service. Purchased vehicle radio not work/ park sensors malfunctioning. Took 3 visits traveling 1 1/2 hrs each way and waiting total of over 20 hours traveling and waiting. Month after purchase front brakes had to be replaced where metal to metal and caliper slides were seized. Just waiting on next issue has been non stop.Tim with sales was great, but service and is total different story More

Recall for my 2011 Ram 1500 I’m glad it’s fixed, but it shouldn’t have taken two visits to get it done. I had my appointment set for 2 weeks in advance, but the part “retainer” w I’m glad it’s fixed, but it shouldn’t have taken two visits to get it done. I had my appointment set for 2 weeks in advance, but the part “retainer” was not on inventory, so I had to reschedule another appointment when more parts came in. It would have been nice to check inventories before I came in to have it done, just to find out that I had to come back in at a later date. I would recommend that that on a major recall for a very popular vehicle, like the Ram 1500, that the dealerships have better inventory controls in place, so that there are adequate amounts of parts available. More
