Horrible customer service Purchase a “new” vehicle and when I drove away with it I noticed a chip in the windshield. I then called immediately and they said they would speak to Purchase a “new” vehicle and when I drove away with it I noticed a chip in the windshield. I then called immediately and they said they would speak to the GM. They set up an appointment for the repair he following week. The “repair” was horribly done. I can still see and feel the chip. I contacted my salesman and voiced my frustration and concerns especially living in the North Country the damage this would do to my windshield. I was pretty much told to claim it on my insurance and was told the GM would contact me. That was 2 weeks ago. Crickets. Now no one with contact me and return texts/calls. Disgusting More
