I'm happy to share a positive update following my recent concerns. After reaching out directly to Hermann, he promptly connected me with the Sales Manager, Adam, who has been incredibly responsive and helpful. To my relief, Adam was able to locate the missing tags and arranged to have them overnighted to my home along with the CPO package—an unexpected but very welcome resolution. Even better, he tracked down the key that was still owed to me and confirmed it’s currently on backorder. Once it arrives at the dealership, they’ve committed to proactively reaching out to schedule a service appointment to have it programmed to my vehicle. This level of follow-through and communication has been a breath of fresh air. I truly appreciate the effort and hope this renewed responsiveness becomes the standard across the entire team.

Updated Review – 4/5 Stars Following my initial concerns, I’m pleased to report that Fair Oaks CJDR has addressed all outstanding issues. I received my license plates and Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) documentation via next-day courier service. On July 14, I was notified by the service department that the key had arrived, and I was scheduled for programming on July 17 at 1:30 PM. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Service Advisor Chris, who promptly began the key programming. I also spoke with Adam at the front desk—he greeted me warmly, apologized for the earlier issues, and ensured that I had no remaining concerns. The key programming was completed within 30 minutes, and everything was resolved efficiently. At this point, I am satisfied with the resolution. The leadership and staff took the necessary steps to make things right. While I do wish it hadn’t required escalation to receive the expected level of service, I appreciate the follow-through and am comfortable upgrading my review to 4 out of 5 stars.
