After contacting multiple managers, the General Manager acknowledged the refund but stated it would take 8–9 days to return the money. Throughout the process, we were also pressured to leave 5-star reviews before the transaction was completed. Buyers should ensure all contingencies are honored and avoid providing payment until the deal is finalized. More
