Not only was every interaction I had with a salesperson here ATROCIOUS, but I kid you not, the salesperson I was working with ROSS DEAKON actually BOUGHT THE CAR that I was interested in, while I was waiti here ATROCIOUS, but I kid you not, the salesperson I was working with ROSS DEAKON actually BOUGHT THE CAR that I was interested in, while I was waiting on him for two days to get back to me with a financing application. This was confirmed by another sales person at the dealership. Every time I attempted to get in touch with Ross, he was "swamped" and whenever I was busy he was calling me over and over in the evenings and early mornings and asking if I was getting his calls. This appalling experience ended with my salesperson ignoring my contact for two days while he literally bought the car I was attempting to purchase. DO NOT BOTHER with this place. And especially stay away from ROSS DEAKON. He's an absolute WASTE, and anyone who would employ him and allow something like this to happen is GARBAGE. The ONLY positive experience I had was when Bonnie called me after reaching out once again, although she had no idea of this happening, and apologized. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. More

I have been coming to this dealership for many years and now have bought 4 vehicles here. Each time I have been treated fairly and professionally but I must say this time, Melanie went the extra mile to en now have bought 4 vehicles here. I totaled my Wrangler and my ins only gave me 7 days in a rental so without much time to find a car I called and went right in and Herman greeted me (like only former military can) and assigned the lovely Shereen to help me in my search. Shereen was especially helpful in taking me through multiple options that I wanted to try before making a decision - I know I drove her nuts! Yet, she remained very patient, kind, professional and kept asking me to let her know what I wanted and never pressured me to buy anything. After test driving 5-6 different vehicles over several days I finally found "the" vehicle - my brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee. OK, so it isn't a Wrangler but at 67 I am not off-roading much these days!:( Negotiations were straight forward and simple - Herman and Ali were honest and answered all my questions. I never felt pressured to buy anything and Shereen and Herman helped me "accessorize" my ride as I wanted. I also wish to give a shout out to Thad who was a great sounding board in making my decision. All of them provided the best experience one could ask for while my back was against the wall.
