Service department is understaffed and not trustworthy. Will not recommend there service department. I have my truck there for repair and its still with them after a month and no ETA yet. My appointment was on Jan 31 morning and I didnt get an update on diagnosis for 2 day until I called to follow-up. The Service advisor called and said 2 parts are in back order and may take 2 months and there is nothing they can do. I followed up with RAM customer support, kept escalating the issue and was able to get the parts delivered to dealership. Service advisor denied receiving the parts and had to get the RAM customer service involved. Now they confirmed the receipt of parts but no ETA on when it will be worked on and its 4 days since the receipt. Will update the post once I get the truck back but definitely not recommend this place. More
There's no one available to talk to me about my truck today. 3 Weeks now since it was driven in and last week they tore down engine and said I need a new engine. I just need to pay for new engine and they appraise my truck so low its embarrassing, and they want me to pay thousands for disassembling and devaluing my property. They won't reassemble and now truck is sitting outdoors with half the parts exposed to rain. More
Do not purchase a vehicle here. The Service Dept. is the absolute worst and the Service Manager is the rudest woman ever. They then tried to put the vehicle repair(s) on me when it should have been covered under warranty. Bad experiences more than once and these folks are crooked. I'll be seeing them in Civil Court within the next couple of months. More

every single time I’ve dropped my car off for service at this dealership not only are they giving me poor slow communication but when they do talk to me they don’t care about the fact that my car should be this dealership not only are they giving me poor slow communication but when they do talk to me they don’t care about the fact that my car should be completed in a timely manner. They did not have a loaner available when I had to drop off my car - which is something I should be receiving because of my warranty - and thus I’ve had to rent a car and whenever I talk to them they act like they don’t care and that it’s not important to complete service in a timely manner, they said that I will have to wait and continue to push back the date ambiguously and are absolutely inadequate at prioritizing and helping customers get in and get out. Being told there was “nothing they could do” really instilled my confidence in the service here. I would literally rather drive 50 miles away than have to continue to use the snails pace service at this jeep Chrysler. Now my car is held hostage and I’m left carless and in the dark while they continue to take a lackadaisical approach to getting my car completed. More
