I had a great experience buying a hybrid Pacifica van from Fairoaks and highly recommend them if you are looking to buy a car. I had visited several other dealerships in my search for this van during the vehicle shortage and Fairoaks by far outshined the others in all aspects of the process and was totally worth the extra driving distance. I worked with David Guevara who was very attentive to what I was looking for. He and his manager Richard worked together to meet my needs within my budget constraints and Mike in the finance department was very professional and patient through the last part of the process while finalizing the sale. The sales department was clean and every employee was friendly and helpful. While online pricing appeared to be higher than some of the other dealerships I am extremely satisfied with the vehicle and the price I ended up paying.
