If I could give them negative stars, I would. They are bunch of crooks. DO NOT I repeat, DO NOT do business with this dealership. I bought a Certified Pre Owned 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee and 6 months after bunch of crooks. DO NOT I repeat, DO NOT do business with this dealership. I bought a Certified Pre Owned 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee and 6 months after buying it I was in an accident that damaged my front left fender. After going to get the damages from the accident repaired, I found that the entire front bumper was put together with glue and random pieces of metal then sold as like new. I went through every process to try and get ahold of the General Manager, Hermann Cuadros, and for over a week I was lied to and told that he was out on vacation or was out sick. I was then pushed off to speak with Max Bashardoust who instantly got hostile with me and never returned my phone call. I then received a call from Thad Hancock who told me there was nothing they could do. After a week and a half my insurance rep was finally able to get ahold of Hermann, he said not our problem were not paying for it stop calling. The absolute worst customer service and an absolute disgrace to the Jeep name. More
Prior to driving 30+ minutes to this dealership, I requested by e-mail a specific make/model/trim level of car. I asked if that particular car was in inventory and available to test drive. Received e- requested by e-mail a specific make/model/trim level of car. I asked if that particular car was in inventory and available to test drive. Received e-mail confirmation that it was there. Arrived and was shown a similar car, but with bottom level trim package, like I wouldn't know the difference. My desired car with the trim level I inquired about was not there. I was lied to, in writing. At least I only wasted time, not any money. More
The sales associate was unbearably pushy, and Sony was outright disrespectful. The place seems to be ran by charlatans, and they were deceptive and misleading the whole time. I had negotiated to purchase a truck with Sony Pierre and all set to finalize the paperwork and pick up the truck. Horrible car buying experience ! Let me start by saying that this Jeep Chrysler dealership is the absolute worst I’ve encountered. I agreed on a price with Max B-Doust the Preowned car manager. He lied and that this Jeep Chrysler dealership is the absolute worst I’ve encountered. I agreed on a price with Max B-Doust the Preowned car manager. He lied and said that he would remove all their many frivolous dealers ADD-ON fees. I agreed to pay their sticker price, along with Dealer fee, tax, tag title. He agreed. Once I was emailed the purchase order, all the additional fees totaling almost $5,000 in fees alone were added back on a car that was only $10K. I guess all this was pushed for him to do by the Sales Manager, Gina Washington. Just passed this all along to say BUYER BEWARE if you do business with Fair Oaks Jeep. This is especially disappointing since I live 5 minutes away from this dealership now. I would recommend buying or leasing elsewhere. More

On a side note, he was very kind to help me with my toddler's car seat and he even went to find abx ointment and a Band-Aid when my daughter fell and scraped her knee on the pavement. I brought my vehicle in for a check engine light the day before leaving for vacation. AARON told me everything would be covered under a recall warranty and my rental would be covered 100%. I got NO phone calls letting me know what was being done to my vehicle or when it was done and ready for pickup. When I called on a Friday night after driving for 8 hours, I was informed I would be charged over $1000 and have to pay for the rental. I had no choice but to return the rental to avoid extra charges and was left carless all weekend with two children. They gave me NO options and I have to wait until Monday for a manager which means I have to take off from work because of their error. Aaron lied to his manager to cover himself and told me I should have "assumed" I would be responsible for my rental. He didn't think he had to tell me.... Corporate said "the dealerships are their eyes and ears" and only take their word. So much for customer satisfaction. More
The worst experience I have ever had in my life with a vehicle. My husband and I test drove the vehicle, the front seat was in pristine shape. We purchased the vehicle. To our fault we did not get in the back seat, that evening when we arrived home, our children went to get in the back seat. The entire back seat was tore up by an animal, there was a hole in the seat and the upholstery was chewed everywhere, both seat belts were damaged as well. We also noticed three dents and 3 large rust spots on the outside. We contacted the dealership and they would not fix anything, in fact they never even called back again. I did not know dealerships put cars on the lot that are so damaged, I found it awful the way they did business and the way we were treated. RUN FROM THIS PLACE. More
