The lack of respect my husband and I just received at the Fair Oaks Chantilly dealership is mind blowing. We were deciding between 2 vehicles which were almost identical but in different colors. We were told in order to make a deal, we were required to test drive the vehicle first...so we did. During the time it took us to do so, the sales manager sold the vehicle to another buyer without requiring that they test drive the vehicle. The sales manager then proceeded to lie to us, saying the family had reserved the vehicle - which we knew from our conversation with the buyer that they had not. We were told we were first in line and not to rush in making our decision. Next time, just be honest. More
Don’t buy from these guys. As already stated, there are a bunch of hidden fees at this dealership. They hype up there kahu GPS which is just a tracker for your car that you have no option of turning down. I told them I would pay there asking price for the vehicle, had my own financing arranged and even let them run the numbers to see if they could match my rate. Logan said he would get back to me with their rate at 10am. He never called me back or even picked up the phone the rest of the day. He then texted me 9 hours later, literally 2 mins before they close. "Bad news, we sold the car to someone else." I understand its first come first serve but when I offer you asking price and let you try to use your banks to finance, I don't expect the car to be sold from underneath me. Overall bad experience. I even tried to get an answer from them on a new Dodge Ram 2500 on one questioned about the vehicle which they never got back to me on so I purchased elsewhere which I am getting ready to do with the Jeep if you want a deal quick and easy go to Koons of Vienna its a good place to go and that is where I will be going to buy my Jeep now that I bought my Dodge Ram from them so stay clear don't waste your time shop elsewhere More

I explained to the sales rep that I was doing market research and that I would NOT be purchasing a vehicle on that visit. I stated that I was looking for other 4x4s and AWD vehicles (even outside of the SUV class) and that I was drawn to the Wrangler because I prefer manual transmissions. I told this sales rep that I had never ridden in a Wrangler and that I would actually prefer that he drive me in the vehicle because I wanted to see how it "rides" (suspension, handling, etc.) without being distracted by driving myself. My sales rep accomplished this in short order. In every facet of the experience, Ayoub Lahrim was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, accommodating with my requests (especially driving me), did not apply pressure on me to buy the vehicle, and was incredibly helpful and patient with me. For these reasons (particularly that he did not pressure me beyond his initial sales inquiry), I will absolutely work with Ayoub on my next purchase. We have exchanged information and he reached out to me earlier to let me know that he will help me with anything that I need. In my option, Ayoub provides credit to Fair Oaks Chantilly Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM and is a very valuable asset for this dealership. More

Unethical, liars, should be out of business Bought a Jeep here; took over 3 months to get my tags because they couldn't get their act together even though they had my money. They fired the after-market salesperson because she accidentally let me order higher grade leather than she was allowed to. She had worked there one month, so clearly they didn't take the time to train her. One of the service department mechanics told me that I should sue the company because of the risk they put me under driving for so many months without tags and no answer on when they would arrive. They "rented" me a loaner when I returned to get the after-market leather. Then they didn't pay the bill. The only way I found that out was Enterprise then blocked me from renting. The GM at the time - Jim Davie - was completely disingenuous; gave me his cell number so I could "come get extras when you come in for an oil change." I was not going anywhere near that dealership ever again. I tell everyone I can what a horrible place it was with unbelievably unprofessional management. More
