Chris, Thank you for your feedback although I am a little confused as to why we are now receiving this review since you and I spoke several weeks ago and addressed your concerns. In your phone call to me, you apologized for the level of frustration you expressed and your actions on the day you came back to the dealership. When you called, you mentioned that you were sorry and you understood the company policy regarding used vehicle sales. As you are aware we cannot hold a used car without signed paperwork or a deposit, we do not require a loan document. As you recall, you had not signed a buyer's order or left a deposit even though it was offered by the salesperson. Without this, you are under no obligation to buy the vehicle from us and we are under no obligation to sell it. We try to please all of our customers but unfortunately, when two people are interested in the same vehicle we have to sell the vehicle on a first-come, first-served basis. I am sorry that you are still upset about this even though it sounds as if you purchased a vehicle you are happy with. Tom has been very nice but has not been able to resolve the issue. In fact, the vehicle was just returned to me after two weeks of waiting only to have the leather cover peeling off. I peeled it back some more and the original fabric is still there! Katzkin leather stated these are not seat covers. Old fabric is removed and new factory quality leather is professionally reupolstered to the seat cushion. But for some reason on my vehicle the leather is just sitting on top of the fabric. I have had it! This is a complete nightmare. I can't believe Chrysler let's dealerships sell this junk as a factory quality upgrade to customers who are purchasing new vehicles then refuses to support their customers afterwards.
