Disrespectful and Condescending I worked with Bonnie, who was exceptionally knowledgeable and pleasant, unfortunately there was some miscommunication and confusion on the final quote I worked with Bonnie, who was exceptionally knowledgeable and pleasant, unfortunately there was some miscommunication and confusion on the final quoted price I was given. I attempted to present my concerns to the sales manager working that shift (small, scrawny, balding gentleman with a nervous disposition) who was dismissive, and just pointed to a number on a piece of paper and said "It's actually this price". I attempted to explain to him that I had confirmed a different price (twice, with multiple people) and had taken the day off work to finalize my purchase, to which he mumbled "Human error" and "Ok, so you had to take a day off work". He made no attempt to remedy the situation or discuss any alternatives. I requested to speak to the location manager (who did not come out, or return my call) and after a brief wobble I was informed that the manager was "in a meeting". Bonnie was extremely apologetic, and took complete responsibility for a situation that was absolutely not entirely her fault. I had no issue with paying more for a quality product, and ended up purchasing the same vehicle (Dodge Charger) from a competitor (Perfect Auto, ask for Alex) The only pleasant aspect of the whole ordeal was seeing a lady in a profession dominated by "men" being the only person who showed strength of character and personal responsibility.
