I understand if a consultant doesn't want to help but they should just tell me upfront and not leave me sitting there without a word. There are so many other dealerships with better service and deals. You have the buyer power - don't waste your time. Additionally, if you are an expat, save your time and use a middleman like ExpatRide. You can basically buy the car upfront but no one wants to help you. Never found it so hard to spend money in my life. More
Stay away from this "service" department This service department is a joke at best. I took my truck in for a couple of recall notices and to have a transmission problem fixed. The messed w This service department is a joke at best. I took my truck in for a couple of recall notices and to have a transmission problem fixed. The messed with my front end alignment. As I cannot prove they did this, they will not fix it without a fee. Then they wanted over $600 to disassemble my transmission to troubleshoot the cause of it's fault. Then charge me for parts and labor to reassemble. I even told them what needed to be replaced and gave them the TSB number that described the symptoms and directed what two parts to replace (just inside the fluid pan). They insisted it had nothing to do with my truck. I spoke with the assistant service manager. She insisted that it had nothing to do with my truck either. Even though the symptoms of the TSB and my truck were the exact same. She stated that I should just have the transmission replaced. Of course I had to pay a diagnostics fee (even though they didn't diagnose a thing), before I could get my truck back. I took it to a private shop that confirmed what two parts needed to be replaced. It was under $200 in parts and labor to fix the problem at a real auto shop. Now they have a robo-dialer that keeps calling me to schedule a service appointment. 6 months ago, I asked them to stop calling me. They have recently started calling me again. I left them a message that if I get any more robo-calls, I will be reporting them. Stay far away from this place. More

No waiting period or flexibility with the Dealer... whether they are at fault or not. Purchased a new Grand Cherokee from Fair Oaks Chantilly Chrysler. Given the late hour the dealership admittedly acknowledged that they skipped the normal check out process reviewing all of the car's features. I admittedly did not hold them accountable and ask. Next morning learned that the car did not have satellite radio capability. When I called the dealership back they admitted they were not aware that Satellite radio was missing. Told me to come in and they would resolve the problem. Soon after we arrived, 2-3 dealership people looked at the car and still weren't sure if it had the capability. An hour and several phone calls later, dealership staff determined that it would cost $1,300 to add the capability. And, despite acknowledging that they didn't go thru the car's systems with me, they refused to adjust the cost at all. When I wouldn't agree to pay the additional $1,300 and wanted to return the vehicle, (which was owned less than 12 hours and still had less than 30 miles on the odometer), they refused. The only option they gave me to resolve this problem would be to exchange the car for another vehicle on the lot for an additional $4,000. ( added package included larger wheels, luggage rails and satellite radio) Having no other option other than paying $1,300 to add Satellite, we exchanged the cars for an additional $4,000. A follow-up call to the National Jeep Customer Service team was less than helpful They replied that "they don't get involved with new car sales between the customer and dealership." And, offered me a free oil change for the inconvenience! Insulting and disappointing. The main reason the dealership gave for not reducing the price of adding satellite radio, or the $4,000 for the additional package, was that they couldn't afford to lose any more money on the sale. Implying they would need to close the dealership if they sold cars at this price. Clearly untrue!!! Subsequent search of "True Car", Consumer Reports, Edmunds, etc. suggested that I paid about $3,000 more than the average price for this make, model and features in this zip code area. Clearly, mislead me on price, didn't share info about the car prior to sale, and unwilling to assume any additional responsibility for getting to a win-win. Fair Oaks Chrysler..... Buyer Beware!! Rude Employee I applied for a loan on line and was approved. I had to put in a dealership. So I choose Fair Oaks Chantilly Chrysler Jeep. They called 4 times within less than an hour they did not even give me time to contact them back. This is not a dealership I would ever want to work with. The employee was rude and told me "We did not come to your house" you put us down. That's because I had to put someone down. I will never go to this location ever. More

The WORST service I've ever experienced Please, save yourself the hassle. This is by far the WORST service department I have ever dealt with. It has taken them 2 weeks to install a gps radio that broke because they failed on multiple occasions to fix a leaky roof. Today I was informed my radio was fixed and what do you know? It was still broken! Save yourself and do not get stuck with their service department. More

Poor Customer Service In May 2016 this dealership was offering a $50 gift card for test driving a vehicle. On May 31st I test drove a Jeep Wrangler, completed & submitted the required form and was told that the gift card would be sent to me in 6 weeks. After not receiving the gift card for over 2 months I called the dealership to inquire about the status. I was told that someone would research my request and get back to me - no one ever did. I called 5 times between August & October (to include 2 very detailed messages for the General Manager, Jim Davie) and none of my calls were ever returned. On October 3rd I visited the dealership, spoke to the Salesman who accompanied me on the test drive and inquired about the status of my gift card. He indicated that he would speak to his manager and get back to me - he never did. On October 10th I called the Salesman and received the same response (he would speak to his manager and get back to me) - he never did. On October 13th I contacted Citibank who indicated that they would contact the dealership on my behalf - still no response from this dealership. I have had other poor experiences with this dealership, both when servicing my current Jeep and when shopping for a new Jeep that have caused me to question their integrity. I am fairly confident that I will never receive a call back or my gift card and absolutely confident that I will never do business with this dealership again. More
