Our salesperson, Jay Kadlec helped us buy a 2016 Jeep Cherokee at an amazing price. My Jeep has every feature you could possibly want and they had it in their inventory. Jay was professional, personable and was willing to spend as much time with us as needed so we were comfortable with the entire process and experience. Of course I had questions about a few of the features and Jay was more than willing to take the time to answer them.....after the sale. So nice I didn't have to read through a "200" page manual to get the answers. Love my new Jeep! We would recommend Jay and this dealership to any of our family and friends! More

My salesperson, Bonnie Abbott, wanted to be sure about my Out-The-Door price before I made the trip from 2 hours away. She came back to me with details right down to tag fees and when I arrived, the price was exactly what she quoted. My deposit held it for me for the weekend as she held off many who wanted the same car. True and Honest! Bonnie had all my paperwork ready to go the minute I arrived and, even though I was very anxious to get it out on the road, she didn't let me go until I had heard all the bells and whistles. Ten thumbs up, Bonnie! Thanks again! Everyone from Customer Care through Financing worked to give me just what I wanted and the Car looked fantastic when I drove it away. Thanks Julie Silverstein! Questions that arose with some of the paperwork and the third party bank were worked on by Gary Hall and Giles Mulligan and both of them went the distance and beyond to make sure the deal happened as promised! They stood by their word and although they did not have the exact Renegade I wanted, they placed an order and I received my exact car about 3 months later. I agreed to the wait time to get what I wanted. They gave me a great price on my trade-in as well. My only disappointment was waiting for the car to be released from Baltimore after it was shipped, but that was not the fault of the dealership. I worked with Tom Archer, Marcelo Garcia, Giles Mulligan, and Mary Burroughs. They worked well as a team to make my experience a great one. I love my new car and will return to them for service. More

Called this dealership and spoke to salesman i traded my 2006 Wrangler because I wanted a sporty luxury car! I searched the entire internet for days! Called this dealership and spoke to salesman Marcelo Garcia. He was very professional and worked hard to make the deal happen. He followed up and assisted me in every way possible. I drove 3.5 hours to the dealership and the BMW was everything he said it was. It was the end of the month and the place was a madhouse but he kept me updated as I waited. He promised to send me the spare key when he could contact the former owner and a week later the key was sent overnight to my front door. I am very pleased with the overall experience of the transaction and the dealership. I highly recommend it to anyone that is looking for quality service and a quality vehicle. More
Awful Service Department I have been using Jeep dealers for service on my vehicles for over twenty years and I have always received great customer service, but today that chan I have been using Jeep dealers for service on my vehicles for over twenty years and I have always received great customer service, but today that changed at Fair Oaks Jeep in Chantilly. I made my appointment several days in advance for routine maintenance, alignment, repair of several recall items and a service wash. Dropped the vehicle off at 11:00AM for a 5:00PM pick-up. Never received a call that the vehicle was done and called to check on it at 6:45PM. There seemed to be confusion as to whether the vehicle was done or not, but I was finally informed it was ready for pick-up. When I showed up there was more confusion and they couldn't find the paperwork. After they found the paperwork they couldn't find the car keys. After 30 minutes, they located the keys by the service wash area and informed me that the vehicle was never washed/cleaned. The manager was unhelpful and very arrogant. He blamed the mix up on the fact that a service manager left early on a personal matter. He did not apologize for the nine hours my vehicle was in for service and just turned over the dirty vehicle. The manager clearly felt that one less happy customer was not an issue, and we also had to endure snide comments from an employee that did not agree with our displeasure. Needless to say, I will not be returning for any service at this location. More
