Horrible, Dishonest Dealership I had the worst experience I've ever had purchasing a new vehicle at Fair Oaks Motors. I drove an hour to purchase a vehicle that I saw on-line, but o I had the worst experience I've ever had purchasing a new vehicle at Fair Oaks Motors. I drove an hour to purchase a vehicle that I saw on-line, but once I got there, they wouldn't give me the price I was told over the phone. That vehicle actually had multiple scratches on it, so I decided to purchase a different new vehicle, and we had agreed the TrueCar certificate price as a fair price for that vehicle. After we shook hands agreeing to that price, they came back and said they would need to add $1195 destination fee to our agreed price. (I should have known something was up when the pricing sheet came back with that fee listed under a line labelled 'DataDots Theft fee' - they said they just use that field for the destination fee field.) When I questioned it, they said that I would need to pay that fee no matter where I went to purchase the vehicle. This was not true since the TrueCar price we agreed to *already includes* that destination fee - however I took their word for it and signed for the vehicle with the $1195 added again. When I realized our originally agreed price did already include that fee, I called them them back to see if they made a mistake or intentionally misled me. Initially, they admitted it was a mistake, but then their management got involved and said there were 'many factors' that entered into our final price, like my trade-in (somehow for them, a trade-in justifies lying about the destination fee) and that since I agreed to that price, there was nothing they would do. I tried to explain that I only signed because I believed the false information they told me, and I could have taken that TrueCar certificate to another (honest) dealership and purchased it without the double destination fee. They didn't care. I tried for 3 months to resolve this because they were unresponsive to me - I'd have to email or leave voicemail 3 or 4 times each time before someone would contact me back. I was surprised at the lack of customer service after purchasing a $50K vehicle from them, and appalled by the lack of honesty and integrity at Fair Oaks Chrysler. There are plenty of dealerships around - there is no need to deal with such a dishonest organization. I wish I would have seen the similar negative experiences and negative comments posted on Edmunds and the Better Business Bureau before I went there. I never would have gone, and you should avoid them as well. More
Awesome Salesman.....2nd purchase with him!!! I bought a 2012 charger from Granby and it was a breeze - He took care of everything. It was over my budget but he made sure the dealer worked with me to get the price where I needed it - The car did break down after I left the lot, I called him, he immediately drove to where I was at - Sat with t he car utnil the tow arrived to take my car back to the dealer - The service department looked at it same day, found the problem, replaced it - Granby stayed there until after closing hours just to keep me updated on the car - It was ready the next day - He was in contact with me the whole time - Great Guy - My 1 year old son loved him and he treated him like family while I was getting paperwork done at the dealership!!! If you buy a car from this dealership - Ask for Granby, you won't be sorry!!! More

Excellent Used Audi purchase I was looking for a good used Audi TT to purchase for my daughter. I live in NJ and although Fair Oaks Motors is in VA I was willing to travel up to I was looking for a good used Audi TT to purchase for my daughter. I live in NJ and although Fair Oaks Motors is in VA I was willing to travel up to 500 miles to find the right car. I seem to find one at this dealer. It had low miles and was in great condition. They brought it to the Audi dealer in town for a pre-purchase inspection which saved me a trip to check its condition. I purchased the car before seeing and was not disappointed when I came to pick it up. Joe Lackovic our used sales guy was great and sent a driver to pick me up from the airport. More

I highly recommend Bonnie Abbott, she is professional and she went the extra-mile to help me with the pricing, the warranties and my options. She's friendly and understands that the client has a budget and wants the most of it. She made arrangements so that it would be convenient for me to pick up the car. I highly recommend to ask for her if you go to Fair Oaks Chantilly Chrysler Jeep. I'll definitely the word among my friends. More
Almost but still great! I began working with Bonnie on an out-of-state purchase...she is professional and pleasant. Unfortunately, we did not work a deal because my local dealer came back with an offer I could not refuse (long story). I was actually looking forward to flying down and driving the car back, using the dealer's nice airfare reimbursement program. Nevertheless, I will keep Bonnie in mind in the future...you will be happy dealing with her. More

When I purchased the car, the dealership had misplaced the second set of keys and the owners manual. I was asked to drive back out from dc to pick up both the next weekend. When I got to the dealer they had neither the keys nor the manual. I waited over an hour for the key to be cut. Despite repeated promises from Ben that he was taking care of the manual issue, three weeks later I still don't have the manual. Additionally, I had to be reissued temporary tags because the dealership did not submit the paperwork to the dc dmv on time. This may seem trivial but when you spend over $40k on a car you should expect more. There is no shortage of Jeep dealers in the area. More
Outstanding Customer Service I was in the market looking to purchase a brand new 2014 Dodge Durango RT. As a member of Penfed I was able to utilize their Auto Buying Program. Pen I was in the market looking to purchase a brand new 2014 Dodge Durango RT. As a member of Penfed I was able to utilize their Auto Buying Program. Penfed listed Safford, Farrish and Fair Oaks as participants of the program. I was in talks with Safford of Springfield to purchase a new vehicle. After sitting at their dealership for a few hours and being treated like crap (see my review of that experience) I contacted Bonnie at Fair Oaks Dodge. She mentioned they had a vehicle in stock that could fit my needs. The next day I went in and spoke to Bonnie. She had her sales consultant “Big Fish” work with me on what I was looking for. Working with Big Fish and their Sales Manager Neal I was offered a great deal on a 2014 RT that they had in stock. In fact I paid less then what Safford was offering and got more in options and service. Within 30 minutes I had put down a deposit on the vehicle and all paperwork was filled out to be processed. I came back a week later with my wife and purchased the vehicle. From the time I walked into Fair Oaks Dodge till the time we drove off the lot with the new vehicle; everyone at Dealership treated us with the up most respect and politeness. All of our questions were answered promptly and the whole buying process was a pressure/hassle free experience (Unlike Safford of Springfield). A good friend of is also considering a 2014 Durango and has been in talks with Fair Oaks based on my recommendation and experience. I highly recommend this dealership! More
