I have purchased two jeeps in the area and below are a few items why Fair Oaks deserves only one star: Sales: - Sales guys do not know even the basics about Jeep Wranglers - For example, both sales few items why Fair Oaks deserves only one star: Sales: - Sales guys do not know even the basics about Jeep Wranglers - For example, both sales guys did not know what the new models changes were - Price averaged was on average a couple thousand dollars more than other places Service: - Dropped the Wrangler in to replace the clutch release bearing - the service department failed to bolt the drive shaft back in so it fell out as I was driving away. The drive shaft bounced back up so hard that it dented the oil pan and created a 6 month ordeal to get the vibration in my transmission fixed. After 6 months with Fair Oaks, I took it to another dealer and they ended up replacing my entire transmission - problem solved. Best part of it was that the service team at Fair Oaks told me that "this happens all the time" and "that there is nothing to worry about since that was our best transmission expert". - In addition to the ordeal, the service manager there doesn't know the first thing about servicing a vehicle. Talk to one of the techs not the service manager. - The service manager will keep you waiting even if you have an appointment My Wrangler spent over 35 days in the shop, and I spent countless hours waiting for repairs or the Service Manager to show up. Definitely do not take your vehicle here for a service. More
I started at another dealership in the area and the hard-sell had me a bit agitated. Stepping in to Fair Oaks CJD was an entirely different experience. My sales associate, Sony, was low key, knowledgeable, and to the point. He helped me order exactly what I wanted at a price that was fair. He called me multiple times to update me on the status of my car while it was being made and got me out the door quickly when it arrived. I never once felt pressured, agitated or stressed. If you are in the market I would highly recommend this dealership and encourage you to ask for Sony. You won't be disappointed. More

Have serviced my Jeep at this location a number of times--primarily because it is the nearest to me. And while my experience with the sales staff here, Sony Pierre in particular, has been outstanding times--primarily because it is the nearest to me. And while my experience with the sales staff here, Sony Pierre in particular, has been outstanding...the service department experience has been the worst I've encountered in nearly 30 years of driving. In particular: 1. The service department has yet to respond to an online request for service--despite the availability of their web forms. 2. Each time I've taken my vehicle in, the service department has forgotten to do part of the scheduled service (like tire rotation). 3. Little things that I've grown to appreciate at other dealerships (like noticing that my vehicle needs and inspection and offering to do that) are lost on them...no attention to detail here. They're really just phoning it in. 4. No follow up. By way of example, I ask for a recall to be addressed--they, for some reason, didn't have the parts in stock. They ordered them and told me they'd call when the parts were in...nothing but crickets for over a month. 5. Repeated negative feedback on the surveys have produced no results or apparent interest from the service manager, the GM, or Chrysler for that matter. In short, great place to buy a car...steer way clear of the service department. More

He even picked up my Jeep from another dealer so I get exactly what I wanted. My only disappointment was prior to coming in I had a price quoted to me but due to miscalculation I was not totally qualified for it but I did for the most part and that's when William went to work made sure I get what I could to compensate and then some. Look him up when you visit. More

I had used an on-line car buying feature of my auto insurance and banking services company and had selected three local dealerships; Fair Oaks provided the most up-front value to me by finding very specifically what I had asked for compared to the other dealerships. The other dealerships wanted to just talk, Bonnie and Aaron did the hard work of finding exactly what I wanted without hassle. They used my internet input and provided the most up-front service. This is exactly why I chose the internet to purchase a car. I know what I want in features and the type of vehicle. Aaron did the on-the-lot work with me. He is highly knowledgeable, friendly and very personable who makes car buying easy, which is a task that most people properly dread. I walked away happy with my purchase; I know I received a great value for a great automobile. I would return here for my next vehicle purchase. Additionally, I had visited the service department with my other vehicle a few weeks prior. The service department also went above and beyond in the services they provided so I believe that the entire Fair Oaks organization has a shared commitment to excellence that permeates every department. After owning our last truck for 13 years, it was time for a new one. We researched trucks and settled on a Ram 1500 in July, and started looking in ernest. We reached out to several dealerships for inventory and pricing without going in, to any dealership physically. Fair Oaks Dodge was the first one to respond to our on-line request, and the excellent service continued with Bonnie continuing to reach out to us to help us find a vehicle with the accessory configuration and color we were looking for. After it was determined that there were no trucks in existing inventory, Bonnie was the only Sales person who reached out again to suggest ordering a 2014 Ram truck with exactly what we wanted. We received a quote via email, and my husband discussed pricing, compared it to the AAA discounts which many dealerships honor, but only for trucks bought out of existing inventory. We discussed incentives available (for the 2013's as incentives for 2014's were not announced yet) and the price quote we received was comparable to the AAA pricing. I traveled to the dealership to review the order, and sign paperwork where Mr. Fisher provided excellent service, reviewing the configuration and providing additional information on possible incentives. Mr. Fisher was consultive and not pushy which was greatly appreciated by both of us. He guided us through the process. With $1,000 down payment, the Dealership ordered the 2014 truck on August 31st (before the 2014's were even out). They told us 6 - 10 weeks before the truck would be delivered. But, Chrysler sent us an email the next day w/ a tracking system so that we could go on-line and check the vehicle scheduling, build, trim, finish and delivery - or something like that. On October 5th, Mr. Tony Nardelli called us and told us that our new vehicle was HERE!. We scheduled a trip to the dealership where Mr. Fisher and Mr. Nardelli worked with us to finish up the paperwork for final price and financing. They treated us with respect and we definitely recommend Fair Oaks Dealership to anyone who wants to buy the vehicle they are looking for instead of being 'sold' something. More
I have been buying cars for over 45 years, wIth that said, and simply stated, buying this Jeep Grand Cherokee was the best buying experience I have ever had. I had visited 4 dealerships before, got said, and simply stated, buying this Jeep Grand Cherokee was the best buying experience I have ever had. I had visited 4 dealerships before, gotten various prices and dealt with salesman who although well intentioned - didn't know much about their products, The two salesmen I worked with at Fair Oaks Chantilly Jeep made me feel very comfortable. I had really done my homework and knew alot about the Cherokee - your salesman both knew a lot more then I did. They included my wife in all all the discussions, respected our points of view and bargained fairly over a price that was finally exceptable to us both. Furthermore, this dealership participated in the USAA buying program which I considered a plus. The bottom line with this buyer and the primary reason we purchased this car is the way we were treated by the salesman. Although your prices were comparable with other dealers I considered your salesman the most professional, courteous, respectful and knowledgable of all we had dealt with and as stated above, the reason I bought this Cherokee. In closing I would like to further add that we walked into the dealership with the intention of browsing not buying. Never had done that in my life but you can credit the buy to the way we were treated at your dealership. More
