My experience began about 2 months prior to actually stepping foot on the dealership. I had requested some information regarding a 2013 Dodge Caravan. My wife and I had several things going on and could not get in to the Fair Oaks Motors dealership for about 2 months. Throughout that time Jack and Bonnie stayed in touch but not so much as to be a nuisance which is something I appreciate. I won't talk to sales people that are too pushy and won't listen to what I want verses what they want to sell. That was never the case with Jack and Bonnie at Fair Oaks Motors. Jack showed us the vehicles we were interested and only those. He didn't try to sell the something better or something less. During the emails he told me if we don't have exactly what my boss (aka wife) wanted they would get it. She was looking for Dodge Grand Caravan Crew. The trade for her vehicle was very fair. I came in pre-approved for a car loan and they were able to get me a better interest rate and payment. Jack and everyone at Fair Oaks Motors went beyond what other car dealers I have been too before to ensure the best deal was found for us. I'm truly impressed. So much so that I intend to look into trading my 2013 Silverado for 2013 Ram. I would highly recommend Fair Oaks Motors to any one especially working with Jack Croft and/or Bonnie Abbott. More

Horrible car shopping experience at this dealership. I spent a while looking around at cars on the lot and was not very impressed by their "competitive" prices. I'm not usually one to write reviews but couldn't pass up the opportunity to say how impressed my wife and I were with the buying experience at Fairoaks Jeep. Like most people, I do a ton of research before buying a new car to do all I can to get a fair price and quality vehicle. I prepare myself for battle with the salesman and management, confident that they are against me. When we got to the dealership we were greeted by Sony Pierre. He didn't descend upon us with immediate pressure. Instead he chatted with us a bit. We told him what we were looking for and he showed us around the lot and listened to what my wife was interested in. After a few test drives we were ready to start talking numbers. Sony told us the hard part was for my wife to decide what she wanted. He'd take it from there and get us a great deal. Sure....heard that from a car salesman before. Well he came back with the deal and I was ready for the dance. When I saw the number I was left speechless and couldn't figure out what to do next. It was well below my bottom line. Next step....face the "finance guy". The next gauntlet. Chris was just as friendly and personable as Sony. Not the typical high pressure, disconnected talking head but a real person who was able to work a better financing deal than our credit union. Back to Sony for a thorough review of the features of my wife's new Grand Cherokee and we were on the road, feeling better about this car buying experience than any before it. No pressure. No regrets. Got more car than expected for a better price than expected. Outstanding! More

We happen to just run into this dealership prior to an appointment with another dealership to look at used Toyota Sienna's. A relative suggested we look at the Chrysler Town & Country Touring vans so I j appointment with another dealership to look at used Toyota Sienna's. A relative suggested we look at the Chrysler Town & Country Touring vans so I just wanted to see one in person, say I looked at them and move on. That was my intention, however that's not what happened. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by Mr. Shaban Ghannam who was more than happy to show us a mini van with the specific features we were looking for. My family was very impressed with the first van we looked at, we took it for a test drive and before we knew it we were sitting in the dealership writing up a purchase order. The dealership was set up in a kid friendly way that entertained our daughter while we talked and completed paperwork with Mr. Ghannam. Mr. Ghannam was so nice and very easy to work with. He definitely made this purchase easy and painless. After the paperwork, we went to sign the documents with the Finance Manager, Marvin Rivera. Mr. Rivera was a gem to work with and got us in and out quickly. Our dealings with Mr. Rivera were not over that day, for the next day Mr. Rivera called me to say that he obtained a better rate on our financing and could we come in and sign new documents. Who does this? I had never heard of this and was very cautious, at first I thought it could be some sort of a scam. I couldn't believe that a dealership would care this much for their customers. But they do! and I am very thankful! I would highly recommend this dealership, Shaban Ghannam and Marvin Rivera for all your needs next time you shop for a Chrysler, Ford or Jeep. I know we wouldn't go any where else! More

While only considering, as I like to shop around, Mr. Call still did a fantastic job and was very courteous. If I decide to return, I will definately be asking for Mr. Call to give me assistance.
