With our first baby due in 6 weeks, I needed to find a good, safe and comfortable vehicle that we could keep for several years as our family grows. Having been to a dozen different dealers to view a multitude of cars, we decided to stop Fair Oaks Chrysler to see the new Durango. We were greeted by JC Croft who immediately put us at ease and allowed us to explore and drive several vehicles at our own pace. He patiently answered all of our questions made the experience enjoyable. To say that we are picky about our vehicles is an understatement. The decision to buy a Durango was the easy part. Finding one that had all of the features and colors we were looking for was not. JC worked patiently with us over the course of several days to help us narrow down what we were looking for and find possible matches (even searching as far away as NY). We could tell that he would not give up until he found exactly what we wanted. We made an impromptu stop by one night to take another look at some of the models on the lot. JC was off that day, but Joe Lackovic made himself available to show us anything we wanted to see and answer our questions. Both JC and Joe are extremely knowlegeable, easy going, and actually made the shopping process fun. Having a better idea of what we were looking for, we spoke with Sales Manager Tom Archer, who very quickly located several nearby vehicles and put down in writing a very fair price which made the decision easy. The next morning, JC went and retrieved our new Durango and had everything ready for us that afternoon. Unbeknownst to us, there had been a miscommunication on the part of the other dealer, who traded our Durango away after Tom had already called to secure it for us. Fortunately for us, the dealer had a new arrival that morning - but it was several hundred dollars more than the one we had decided on. A handshake deal is a deal with these guys - they gave us the lower price at their own expense. No questions asked. I have bought several cars over the years, but I can't ever recall a friendlier, more professional or lower pressure experience than I had with JC, Joe and Tom at Fair Oaks. I will definitely return for our next purchase and will recommend Fair Oaks to any and everyone! More

This dealership is awesome. No high pressure sales like other dealerships in the area. This is the third purchase for us from Fair Oaks Chrysler. We were courteously greeted at the door by William Granby (Who by the way volunteered to work on July 4th even though the dealership was officially closed). William patiently worked with us through several changes in what we were looking for and really needed. He offered friendly advice when we needed it and is very knowledgeable as he was able to answer all of our questions. Melvin and Chris helped tremendously, making sure that we were satisfied with the deal and helping us to the best of their ability to get us the best deal.
