His customer service is exemplary .I usually do not give a five star rating but my experience here with Pat was so exceptional that he really deserved it. He went above and beyond by helping me through nervous breakdowns to getting every single detail right regarding the car purchase. For 2weaks, he worked with me, checked in from time to time to give me status updates and even sent me photos. Every question was answered and we traveled from Fairfax to around area to test drive the car. He gave me a competitive price all the meanwhile as painless and efficient as possible. From arrival, through test drive through purchase took 2 hours. I got the right car at a very fair value and Pat was proactive on explaining everything to me throughout the process.
