1) Deal process: When you are seating on the table to make the deal for car, second person will come every 10 minute to say someone is on the way to give deposit on the vehicle you are going to buy so yo make the deal for car, second person will come every 10 minute to say someone is on the way to give deposit on the vehicle you are going to buy so you took your decision early. I made the mistake at this place so please don't do the same. 2) During the deal found couple of the issue which they suppose to take care of it but it won't. Viper was making noise. They deliver the car with same viper noise issue. I bought $16 viper from Walmart that fix the issue. Car vibration issue. They told me mechanic will take a look but never got fix. 3) Paid $995 for the processing fee. I have 4 day's left on 1 month temp registration expire date. Still they had not done registration. They are asking me to do all kind of inspection done in order to complete the registration after paying $995 for processing fee. 4) looks like this place run by one person called 'Travis'. I had done so many text and email. Every time I got different excuse..."Travis is busy", "Travis is in the trip to buy car", "Travis is sick today" , "Travis has family emergency". I had experience all this on $16K car deals. I hope this will help someone like me to take any decision. More

My husband and I had a seamless transaction and wonderful experience at Fairfax Motors. We were looking for cars online and found a vehicle that we were interested in. Pauline was amazing. She walked my husband through the ins and outs of the vehicle. This was a huge relief to both of us since we had never owned a BMW. Pauline was simply delightful. She took away the usual stress of feeling rushed or pushed into a purchase of a car at a big dealership. John, the finance guru/GM was also so warm and friendly. I was interested in a small compact car for me and my kid; Mr. Kim recommended a wonderful CIVIC (2016), which is a magnificent choice. I did not expect a businessman in used car industry to be such a person of integrity, but I was wrong and I am happy to be wrong.
