Fairfax Motors is one of the few dealerships I would recommend! I called before I showed up letting them know I was looking to buy a car and trade in the car I was currently driving. As soon as I arrived all of the employees were very welcoming and willing to help me find exactly what I was looking for. The salesman I had the pleasure of working with was Ali Nasir. He listened to everything I wanted out of my new/used car and ended up finding the perfect fit for me. Throughout the entire process he was very kind (not too pushy) and made sure I was pleased with my decision before I drove my new/used car off the lot. Even after my WONDERFUL purchase, Ali gave me a follow up phone call to make sure everything was still going okay and if I was happy with my car... Which of course I was! Everyone at Fairfax Motors was extremely helpful and if ever I need to buy another car this is exactly where I am going... AGAIN! More

My experience at Fairfax Motors was nothing short of spectacular. Their courtesy and honesty was a refreshing change from the stereotypical pre-owned vehicle dealer. After having bad experiences purchasing used cars in the past I was a little reluctant to approach another dealership. I was in need of an additional car for my elderly parent and for my teenage son but th past I was a little reluctant to approach another dealership. I was in need of an additional car for my elderly parent and for my teenage son but thoughts from the past kept me from purchasing what I needed. My experience this time around was great! I initially visited Fairfax Motors on-line and once I located what I thought might be a perfect car, I e-mailed the store and was contacted immediately. My sales associate, Ali, was knowledgable, approachable, patient and very professional. He answered my questions and allowed me and my family time to view and road test the vehicle. He followed up with me a few days following my purchase to see if I was pleased; I was and still am. Thank you Ali for making my car buying experience a great one. More

Overall, I was very pleased with my experience at Fairfax Motors. Nobel was always very courteous and friendly. His first impression kept me interested in dealing with Fairfax Motors. Mike was also pleasant to deal with, even if our relationship was more business focused. The OK rating I gave for pricing was mainly due to my trade in. I was quoted one price, then had it lessened several minutes later after the dealership they had made a paperwork mistake. Even though they owned up to their mistake, I still feel they should have honored their original offer. To be fair, Mike tried to offer compensation via oil changes and fuel fill ups. Overall, I was able to get the car I wanted for around the price I expected with minimal hassle or frustration. My process was arduous, but the crew at Fairfax Motors made it painless and decent. More

I had a great experience at Fairfax Motors! Stanley was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Andy worked with me and made my purchase very affordable and Jimmy had all the paperwork ready to g very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.
