My husband found the car online while living in Costa Rica and communicated with Faheem to set up our first appointment. From the moment I meet with Faheem he was very patient and kind and demonstrated great communication skills throughout the whole process. When we decided to buy the car, we were able to get better financing through Fairfax motors than with our insurance USAA. That was a plus we weren't expecting! When we took the car to get an inspection at Pohanka Lexus before buying it, they found the steering wheel fuel pump wasn't good. Without any questions Fairfax Motors fixed it right away and we were able to buy the car the next day. Faheem was great to work with from start to finish and I would highly recommend him to friends or family. This was my second time buying a used car and I felt comfortable the whole time. I have nothing bad to say about my experience so I give it a 5 star rating. More

I went to CapitalOne and obtained a pre-qualified loan, went to the dealership and met with Faheem, my sales guy, and John Fleming, the Manager. Great guys, and very easy to work with. The Finance Manager, Marcelo, was very easy to work with and the pre-qualified deal from CapitalOne is exactly what I obtained. Mike got my car ready to go and in a little less tha 2 hours, I had my car and was on the road. Andy, the owner, has made this a true family organization who really cares about their customers and has great selections of cars.
