Four years ago, I had my A/C lines replaced. This year, the lines needed to be replaced again. When the lines were replaced the first time, the technician never put the lines in the brackets. Th This year, the lines needed to be replaced again. When the lines were replaced the first time, the technician never put the lines in the brackets. This caused the lines to rub on the frame causing holes in the lines. After the lines were replaced a couple weeks ago, the lines were inspected by my husband to make sure the lines were installed correctly and not rubbing. Only one line was held on by the bracket. There were lines that were rubbing AGAIN on the frame. After taking the car in AGAIN to have to lines installed correctly, the lines were inspected AGAIN. There is still one line in the bracket and the technician supposedly “added rubber around the lines” that were close to the frame. The technician cut a rubber tube and placed around the lines. Highly disappointed in the service and will not be going back. I have been treated very horribly every time I go to this service department and told that I do not know what I am talking about only to be told that I was correctly. Ridiculous that I had to pay for this service when the job was not even done correctly. More
