never in my ever dealing with a ford dealership have I ever been treated so badly by the service department. when I once had a problem with my other vehicles that I delt with both Murry motors or even sai ever been treated so badly by the service department. when I once had a problem with my other vehicles that I delt with both Murry motors or even said to say Alexander Ford I was never treated like I was at Fairfield Ford and I feel as I didn't buy from Fairfield Ford but from Fairfield Chevrolet but they decided I should take my vehicle because it's a ford to fairfield Ford. But you can take it from me that I will never deal with Fairfield Auto group ever again. Thanks for showing your true colors. More
