Great service...terrible car wash! Service great; new center amazing, which is why I was super disappointed to see 2 scratches (if that is the correct term?) on the back of my car. I don't know if they were from the car wash or the actual service, but they are down to the metal. Now I don't know how to prove they weren't there before I took my car in on Saturday, which is I'm sure what will be expected of me. I just know it is very obvious they are there now. Perhaps the most disappointing part is not telling me about it. When they pulled my car out for me to take home, I never saw the back. I drove the car home Saturday, put it in the garage, and haven't driven it since. So I just noticed it today when I was literally coming into the garage and was able to see the back of my car. As I said, I have no way of proving they weren't there beforehand. Just wanted you to be aware of the situation. More

Helped get truck when no one else would Im giving 5 stars bc i went to blaize alexander and was there 6 hours they had me drive a bunch of nice trucks only to tell me i wasnt approved for.an Im giving 5 stars bc i went to blaize alexander and was there 6 hours they had me drive a bunch of nice trucks only to tell me i wasnt approved for.any of them and they showed me a truck i hated and said i could have that... I went to Fairfield ford and said what i wanted and 3 hours later called me said i was approved and let.me take the truck home that night while they got the paper work around gave me double what i paid for my trade in and didnt make fake promises i drove away with a 2015 Silverado and couldnt be happier More
