Took my 7 month old 2020 Explorer in for non routine service, mechanical/sensor failure that affected the powertrain and 4 wheel drive. Did not make it out of parking lot before same issue happened agai service, mechanical/sensor failure that affected the powertrain and 4 wheel drive. Did not make it out of parking lot before same issue happened again. Service tech had to come out and apparently reservice the same sensor he indicated was bad on the work order. So far my confidence in the service department is not strong. More
