I bought an extended warranty for my 2019 F-150 Platinum pickup. I only have a little of 22000 miles on it.. I was in an accident in 2022 and every thing that was damaged was fixed. This winter, I could not pickup. I only have a little of 22000 miles on it.. I was in an accident in 2022 and every thing that was damaged was fixed. This winter, I could not keep fluid in my windsheild washer container so while I was in to have rear brakes and rotors replaced, I asked service to check out the fluid issue. With this being done and a quote given to fix it, I asked if my warranty would cover it. After checking into it, the service person advised me that it was denied without giving me any reason why. I understand why a warranty would not cover an item such as breaks but why wouldn't it cover the fluid reservoir repair. And without going out in the cold to review my paper work when I purchased the truck after my three year lease expired, what would be covered? More

When I scheduled my Wednesday appointment nearly three weeks in advance, I was told a loaner vehicle would be available and that my truck would likely be ready by Friday. However, the day before the appoi weeks in advance, I was told a loaner vehicle would be available and that my truck would likely be ready by Friday. However, the day before the appointment, I was informed that a loaner would not be available. I proceeded with the drop-off on Wednesday morning anyway. By Friday afternoon, I had not received any updates, so I called to check on the status and was told the work had not yet begun and that no loaner vehicle was available. After still not hearing anything, I called again the following Tuesday and was once again told the truck had not been started. I was finally contacted the next Thursday, 15 days after drop-off, and informed that the repairs were complete. A loaner vehicle was never provided during this time. Despite the delay and lack of a loaner, I was very pleased with the staff and the quality of service. When I initially visited, both the service manager and mechanic were professional and reassuring, which gave me confidence leaving my vehicle in their care. Everyone I spoke with throughout the process was courteous and pleasant. They successfully corrected several issues caused by the previous garage and were willing to work with me on pricing due to the extended timeline. Overall, I am satisfied with the repairs performed and will return for service in the future. I also inquired about potentially leasing or purchasing an Explorer when scheduling my appointment. I worked with Chuck Wood, who was excellent to deal with. While we were not able to reach a deal on any of the vehicles available at the time, I was very pleased with the overall experience and the trade-in offer provided for our Jeep. When we are ready to purchase a new Ford, we will return to speak with Chuck. More
