I purchased a used F-150 King Ranch about 1 year ago. After driving it for 1 day, several issues arose. Upon contacting your service department, and a few visits later, all of my concerns were addressed and rectified. Even now, after 1 year of ownership, if I have a problem, they schedule me in as soon as possible. Also, if the truck will be there overnight or for several days, I am also given a loaner vehicle to drive. Great job guys!! More
