Staff was awesome I had a very unexpected repair needed and it was the day before I had to leave for vacation. They did provide a loaner but I couldn’t take it out of s I had a very unexpected repair needed and it was the day before I had to leave for vacation. They did provide a loaner but I couldn’t take it out of state... cancelled my vacation and did things around the area. While that sucked, Stephanie was very nice about the whole experience. Alignment on my 2018 Jetta I had only had my brand new Jetta for about a week when I realized it needed an alignment. I do mostly highway driving so no telling when and where it I had only had my brand new Jetta for about a week when I realized it needed an alignment. Very reasonable I went this past Tuesday for a express oil change and visual all around car check... they were very detailed looking over my car and working another c I went this past Tuesday for a express oil change and visual all around car check... they were very detailed looking over my car and working another car in as well... my car took awhile longer then expected, so for me waiting awhile my oil change was free... I was surprised and thrilled they cared enough to pay for my oil change because it wasn’t a express service up to standards they follow. More
