Unfortunate Experience I was sad to find out that after I scheduled my 10K maintenance that it was going to cost me $122. I was told when I purchased the vehicle that my fir I was sad to find out that after I scheduled my 10K maintenance that it was going to cost me $122. I was told when I purchased the vehicle that my first 2 visits would be included. I told the service rep and she said she would double check, but of course nothing came from that. I then realized after everything was done I really only needed to get my oil changed, I didn't necessarily need to do the full service. How much needs to be done at 10K??? This basically led to me paying an additional $50 for a car wash and wiper fluid! While everyone that I worked with was friendly I can assure you that this experience has changed my overall view of the dealership. We were return buyers here even after the diesel Jetta fiasco that we had to go through and I don't think I will be back now ever... Not for service or purchasing. More

Heater issues with 2017 golf sportwagen I brought the car in because the heat was on full no matter what. They checked the system and reset it several times. Although there was no diagnosi I brought the car in because the heat was on full no matter what. They checked the system and reset it several times. Although there was no diagnosis or repair, the resetting seems to have calmed the system down somewhat. Service was timely and courteous, and the car was much cleaner than when I dropped it off. The DAY AFTER I got my ‘13 Acura RDX it would NOT start. your tech drove to my house to find out it was a dead battery. I had to drive it all the way from my house after he jumped it, to your dealership. Mind you, i live 40 minutes from you and this was the day of my two year wedding anniversary so we had to miss our nice dinner. I then got a call a few days later saying that I had to fill out an affidavit so I then had to go outta my way to meet your F&I guy to sign it. Then i found where the cover in the truck has a piece broken off so I can’t even cover what’s in my trunk. Then, I had to constantly put air my rear driver tire because come to find out, there was rust that was rubbing the tire which created a hole in the tire! I had to take it to tire discounters to find this out. Now....I have a notification on that I can’t get rid of because it says to tighten my gas cap, which I did but now the light won’t go away and I have to clear the notification on my screen everytime I start my car!! You guys obviously did NOT do a thorough check on the car. I’ve had this car since October 2nd, about a month and a half with all these issues. I’m now regretting trading in my Lexus with you guys More

I had also noticed a tear in my driver's leather seat and inquired about getting it repaired. It wasn't covered under factory warranty because of the mileage on the car but Chad said he would look into seeing what could be done. He called my husband the next morning and told him the dealership was willing to pay for 50% of the cost for a new seat! WOW! We have been loyal customers of Farifield Volkswagen for a few years now and intend to purchase all of our future vehicles here and definitely will continue to bring them back here for any maintenance or service needed. I have never been so happy and satisfied with a dealership before! More
