Road hazard visit to replace Passat TDI radiator I was generally happy with the service received and the installation expertise of the technician. I did so and was successful, however was disappointed that the dealership would not accept the insurance company coordination of payment and required me to pay the entire bill a pickup. Since I am 1,000 miles from home, I guess that I'll have to go home to get my check. Another minor thing was that the car wasn't even run through the dealership carwash prior to my pickup. It would have been nice and I am used to this add on service in North Dakota dealerships. The next morning I did have to add 1/2 gallon of antifreeze and had my warning light come on. I assume that this was an air bubble and subsequent use was with no issues. 190 degree temp was consistent during my return trip. More

Expensive Terrible repair services that are slow! Volkswagen dealership took over a month and a half to fix a broken window regulator then after Window was fixed I found a large crack in the window pa Volkswagen dealership took over a month and a half to fix a broken window regulator then after Window was fixed I found a large crack in the window panel (which was 100% not there prior to it coming to there they're dealership) they're claiming I will need to pay to fix this even though they admitted they probably broke. This small part fix cost over $600 and 10 hours of my time. Please save yourself time and frustrations and DON'T GO HERE! Mechanic that worked on car was Josh. However, service associate Chad Bergnes did a great job and was the best part of the Volkswagen dealership. More
