Not good but made right I understand the the original work was done by Nick Masters. The fact that he sent me out the door with a car that was unsafe is of course unacceptable. Things happen but he must understand that he hurts his employers reputation but even worse he demeans his profession. I'm sure this was an embarrassment to him and it won't happen again. After discovering the situation due to a wheel shimmy I returned to have the situation fixed properly. Bill who I have had some personal experience with did the fix. I am very impressed with Bill's professionalism and the job was done right. I pay a premium to have my service done at your facility. The main reason for this besides you providing a courtesy car is Chad Bernges. Chad is knowledgeable, professional, and engaging.
