My son, not having any prior experience said OK. $1400 later, we had new tires and pads on a car sitting in my driveway because he left for college. There was no explanation that these items needed attention soon. He was told they needed fixed now. So disappointed that people treat young adults in this manner. More

We found a car that seemed to fit the bill on line at Fairfield Volkswagen. Steve answered our initial phone call and we quickly set up a time to come and test drive the car. When we arrived we were braced for a long and potential frustrating process, but the exact opposite happened. Steve listen to our needs and pleasantly and professionally complied with them. No up sell, no games. He explained everything we needed to know and shortly we had agreed to a price and the deal was done. Overall, we had very (unexpectedly) pleasant experience. We will definitely recommend this dealership and will be repeat customers ourselves in the future! More
