I bought my F150 Truck from Family Ford in 2006 Brand New and always had them Service it. I never had anything go wrong with it since I bought it. It is like new condition now in 2018. No Rust, paint job is like new, and it Runs like new. Ford is the best Company I have ever been completely satisfied with. The Best Dealership I have been using Family Ford of Enfield for 5 or 6 years now, and they are by far the best dealership I have ever been to. I use them professionally I have been using Family Ford of Enfield for 5 or 6 years now, and they are by far the best dealership I have ever been to. I use them professionally to maintain our fleet of Ford shuttle buses and personally to maintain my everyday vehicle. Family Ford helps our shuttle service run smoothly, because of quick turn around times and excellent service/maintenance. Their service staff, specifically Steve Archambault and Ken Brown are the best in the business. These guys are friendly and knowledgeable. I visit the parts dept. also and just chat with them for a few minutes and they are very helpful with information on "how to's" other than what the service dept. does. I needed some items replaced, and they just did the air bag recall for my car. EXCELLENT SERVICE FOR ME. More
