Thank you Matt Luck I am writing this review based upon my recent purchase of a 2017 Toyota Tacoma from Family Toyota of Arlington. As we all know the car buying “experie I am writing this review based upon my recent purchase of a 2017 Toyota Tacoma from Family Toyota of Arlington. As we all know the car buying “experience” can be a stressful one. Searching online has become more and more convenient and definitely a time saver. I tried my local dealership here in Wichita Falls and even though the salesman, who I have known for a while was trying, it did not appear that those working the numbers cared if the deal worked or not and just wanted me to come in and sit in their showroom wasting my time with vehicles I did not want nor the numbers I needed to purchase. This is not the first time they have not been able to make a deal and lost my business. Looking online I found Family Toyota whom I have dealt with in the past. I am a very picky person as new vehicles are not cheap. Plus getting what I want, not what’s on the lot and must settle for. I was working with a salesperson and finally worked out numbers on a vehicle. I put down the requested deposit and the deal seemed to be going okay. Then I found out some information about the vehicle I was getting and some things that were said by the salesperson I was working with that made me very uncomfortable so I chose to stop the deal and let them keep my deposit. That is when Mr. Matt Luck reached out to me. He listened to my concerns and treated me like I have NEVER been treated before by a car dealership…in a good way! I have never felt like I was a priority from a business like this! He found another vehicle for me that was perfect, handled all my concerns quickly, and I am now the proud owner of a beautiful Tacoma! I cannot express how great Mr. Luck is! The one thing that really stood out was something Mr. Luck told me in an email. He is not normally in sales anymore and when I asked if it was okay to give his name when I referred people to his dealership he said, “no matter what position I am in, customer service comes first.” This is a view that is missing, at least from the area I live in. Well I could write a book on this experience and how other dealerships could learn from Mr. Luck’s point of view on treating customers. I have also done something that I never have done with my new vehicle and that is keeping their license plate on the front for advertisement. Thanks again Mr. Luck and have a great day! More
