Mixed... Hard to work with. Good used car, good price. In short, the front in sales people were hard to deal with, but everyone else was great. They had a used trade-in I wanted. The experience to test drive and initially talk price went smooth. As soon as I told them I wanted to pay cash and have my mechanic look at the car, things went south. They acted like there was no need for me to have a 3rd party mechanic inspect it. The sales people made it near impossible for me to take it to my mechanic even though they would be happy to let me take it to show my wife. I walked away twice in frustration. After two weeks, I finally bought the car. It turned out to be a good deal and I did get a price drop after waiting. However, if they had just worked with me and my mechanic, I would have bought it almost right away. More

Fortunately for me, my pre This was a return trip to Family Toyota for a new car, I was turning in a leased vehicle and wanted to purchase a new one. Fortunately for me, my previous Sales Rep, Andrei Mihailescu and I had been having discussions, and he always kept me up to date on lease redemption options. My wife and I were unsure as to which type of vehicle we wanted based on ride, comfort, mileage, etc. and Andrei was so helpful taking us on test drives in a RAC4 and a Prius, explaining the benefits of both cars. We finally decided on the RAV4 Limited, and Andrei went to work and provided us with purchase options on the RAV4 and gave us a great deal that fit right into our budget!!!! Andrei is so professional and friendly in his demeanor, and he as a great pleasure to work with. In addition, thanks to our Financial Manager, Ed, who worked us thru the paperwork and gave us a great deal on the warranties and protections! All in all, both my wife and I really appreciate and want to say a big "THANK YOU" to Andrei, Ed and the folks at Family Toyota for our purchase experience. More
