Inept I had a recall on my Toyota Tacoma for the rear leaf springs and seat belt assemblies. Robin told me on the phone it shouldn't take more than 2 1/2 h I had a recall on my Toyota Tacoma for the rear leaf springs and seat belt assemblies. Robin told me on the phone it shouldn't take more than 2 1/2 hours. I thought that was quick for what was being done but I said ok. I dropped off my truck around 8 in the morning like I was scheduled for. Six and half hours later i get a call to pick up my truck. If they knew it was going to be longer, a simple courtesy call would have been nice so I wasn't left waiting to go get it. I really don't think that is to much to ask for. When Robin called he said my car was going to get washed. It took me about 20 minutes to get there and when I got there it was another 10 minutes. They brought my truck and it hadn't been washed like they promised. I will not going back there to get my truck serviced or to buy a new one. I was at a Honda dealer a few weeks ago and it was 100 times better. I would have hoped for more from this place. More
