Excellent Salesman Nick worked with me and I felt he was more interested in meeting my needs than making the sale. I was on the fence between the Tundra and the Silverad Nick worked with me and I felt he was more interested in meeting my needs than making the sale. A rare case of great customer service!!!! I had been looking for a new car for a quite a while. It was between the accord and camry. I narrowed it down to the camry and got bombarded with emai I had been looking for a new car for a quite a while. It was between the accord and camry. I narrowed it down to the camry and got bombarded with emails from toyota dealers all over the area. I have to say, I hated car shopping! After a bunch of late replies, slicky ricky sales talk, fake promises and I even went to one dealer who ended up not honoring the quoted price, I about had it. I did notice that Chris was always prompt to reply, never sales talked me, and was always down to earth and straight with me. I decided to visit the dealer and he had a vehicle ready for me. Changed my view of what is usually a terrible experience. He was actually knowledgeable and really helped pick the right option. The price was great, and I actually enjoyed "hanging out"at the dealer and going the the process of buying a car. Really cool guy! My next purchases and those of people I know will definitely be from Chris. At the end of the day, most dealers may come close in price, but the good price PLUS the excellent customer experience and straight forwardness make all the difference. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
