Sales person stated we could test drive assuming we provided current insurance and DL which I did. He then comes out and states that GM Matt won't allow anything but to drive it in the parking lot. His rationale that he doesn't want to add 3-4 miles onto the odometer. What a complete joke! If I were the owner, this action today would embarrass me. But most likely not...probably one in the same. "Family", not the kind of family I'm used too. Maybe from NY or Cali? We drove to Carmax, got a premium trade on our Model Y, bought a '21 Model X. Screw family toyota. Amazing how business people turn away potential buyers/customers over something like this. Oh, his other rationale was "this is a $100k car".
