2017 Highlander Kullen Brewer was a pleasure to work with to purchase our second Toyota highlander. The first one was purchased at a different dealership in the area Kullen Brewer was a pleasure to work with to purchase our second Toyota highlander. The first one was purchased at a different dealership in the area that we were not pleased with their salesperson and finance staff. It was a very pleasant experience to work with Kullen as he was very professional and polite. My husband and I felt very comfortable with the service provided by everyone that we encounter on the day of our purchase. We could tell that they truly believed on what they have on their walls, we felt appreciated, respected and their transparency in pricing was what sealed the deal. We plan to shop for another Toyota in the near future and we will definitely go back to Family Toyota. More

"Signal Orange Tundra" Asher Zafar is awesome!!! He treated me as family the whole time I was there. I went in looking for a 2016 Tundra and left with a 2017 Tundra with eve Asher Zafar is awesome!!! The management team treated me like family as well. The Finance team explained everything to me and had a better rate that my bank. Beat it by 2.5 points. Amazing!!! After car shopping online for weeks, and then an all day in person process, I ended up at Family Toyota based on my internet interactions with Danny a After car shopping online for weeks, and then an all day in person process, I ended up at Family Toyota based on my internet interactions with Danny and team. They helped me figure out what I wanted, which was a difficult task. Kash ended up helping also and I was very impressed with his patience and determination in helping me get into a vehicle that worked for my family. I was able to surprise my husband with his new truck tonight and the look on his face was priceless. He is in shock that this amazing vehicle is his!! (Although I threatened to keep it for myself!) Nick in finance was a rockstar and helped me get through the paperwork process super fast so that I could get to dinner with my family. Thank you to Kash, Danny and Michael for all of your help.
