Quick and efficient so far. This is the third owner of this dealership I have dealt with. It has always been a surprise to book an appointment and find there has been another cha This is the third owner of this dealership I have dealt with. It has always been a surprise to book an appointment and find there has been another change. So, it is not easy to make a definite decision as to the rating of this service visit. The service representative, Chase, was pleasant and didn't try to "pressure" me into services I didn't need or want. The routine services were performed along with a annual inspection in about an hour and a half. This seemed about average time to me and I have waited longer for same level of service. (under previous owner) Not sure who owns Family Toyota but they have made nice cosmetic changes to the service area. The one thing I would like to see change is that the coffee service is in another building and you have to walk over there if you want coffee. (mandatory at 7:30am) Should have coffee available in service waiting room. Since it is now about 1/3 the size of previous area maybe just not room for coffee bar. Clean area but not very comfortable chairs so wait seemed longer than actually was. Since only other Toyota dealership in my town is on my NO WAY list, this one will get my business again if service standards are maintained. More
