I can’t say enough good things about Lisa, but I’ll try. From our first conversation on, Lisa was honest and straightforward about all matters related to my car, which was on a ship headed to the U.S. Lisa is exactly as she seems—professional, kind, courteous, friendly, and willing to do whatever it takes to make buying a new car a truly nice experience. Being recently disabled, going to a dealership was going to be very difficult. Lisa handled the ENTIRE sale by phone, emails and texts, and I’ll be forever grateful for her consideration. She even delivered my pretty 2022 RAV4 to my home.
