I typically do not like shopping for a new vehicle as it is always a contest of wills at each dealership to negotiate the best price. I went to Family Toyota to see what they had in inventory for a Tacoma truck. A friend offered to buy my old Tacoma and I wanted to see what I could get for the money. I really was not in the market for a new truck but sitting down with Cody Nelson started the most pleasurable experience that I have ever had at a dealership. He was straight forward without any BS and multiple trips to a "manager". He was very trusting and had the figures for a transaction if I wanted to trade in my old truck. His figures came straight from Kelly Blue Book instead of making it up as I have experienced at other places. I highly recommend Family Toyota of Arlington if you are looking for a new vehicle and even if you are not they will be kind and courteous to you just for stopping in. More
