Normally buying a car is a major pita. That said, the 30 mile drive to Family Toyota in Arlington was a very pleasant surprise. My initial contact was with Ronnie Beck who was very accommodating and made sure the car we ended up buying was indeed on their lot. It had to be driven to Arlington from their Burleson location and I was needlessly paranoid it would not be there when my wife and I arrived. He even emailed me photos of the car to prove it was in the Arlington location. Very professional job by Andrei and Ronnie.
