Polite guy but clear tell he lacks education in this field , as when I visit this location he knew barely anything I’d asked about the car and details that were big factors in me purchasing. He kept beating around the questions and when I would try to get clarity cause he didn’t know much he would keep getting “upper management“ i didn’t feel secure honestly with him felt like he was just tryna make a sell. I ended up purchasing the car with the information I had gather prior to visiting only to get it delivered to me with NEW scratches that was not there when test driving. The guy even said so himself when i pointed it out . I also asked questions once arrive about the systems inside which was answered by “idk, uhm, let me see” and still never received answers. Ended up going to another dealership to ask the same questions and they inform me I did not have a piece of equipment to get this feature. Mind you , the piece cost 300-400$ roughly as i was told . Once i called and made him aware he said he would speak AGAIN to “upper management “ and return my call back. I haven’t heard from him since I’ve reached out numerous times after and nothing . The car is nice minus the scratches (new/old), scratched up front lights (which he said was fixable, it’s not) , side right front grill popping out (he said this brand of car does) a lie, and missing gps chip ! I have features I was told I could use but couldn’t even utilize cause of the missing piece . The experience honestly for me was not all that well. Again he was polite but he KNEW nothing . More
