If you are looking for a dealership with helpful staff, go to Family Toyota of Arlington and ask for Paul. Update- I was sold a vehicle that didn’t have the features that influenced my decision, and just about the entire process that lead to me returning the vehicle was not pleasant. There was an attempt from the dealership to have somewhat of a remedy which I respect, but in the end I decided to just take back my vehicle and leave the Corolla. I know Toyota is known for their excellent service, I just think that this incidence was out of the norm. More
