Dissatisfied customer!!! I week ago today I went into meet with Karissa Gutierrez (salesman)because I had met her at a convient store near by Family Toyota. I expressed to h I week ago today I went into meet with Karissa Gutierrez (salesman)because I had met her at a convient store near by Family Toyota. I expressed to her that was in the market for a new car and I was interested in the Prius. I shared that I had worked with another local toyota dealership but they didn’ t have what I was looking for.. she went on to say how family toyota was more efficient and customer service was much better than their competitors.. However when I went to see if I could purchase a car from them I had to wait on Karissa because she was away running errands. The process was fairly quick, she took my application and ask what type of payment was I looking for, after stating that I only wanted a car payment of $450. She took my app to get an approval she came back to say that the bank wouldn’t approve the deal for what was comfortable to me. She went back another time ask me for my final price that I would pay for the a 2017 silver prius that had previous hail damage, almost 800 miles priced at @ $27,000. She assured me that she was not going to run my social security # to many times. Karissa came back a second time to tell me that I would have to pay at least $100 more than I desired.. I kindly declined the offer as much I was interested in the car, I was not in love with the price and I could live without it.. So I politely told her thank you but no thank you.. I assured her that I would find a car that worked for my budget soon.. As the evening progressed I received notifications from my credit apps saying that my scores dropped and that I had 8 hard credit pulls in my credit.. I was extremely upset because I believe that is a ridiculous amount. 2 or 3, maybe 4 tries at the most but to keep running it through is extremely obsessive and offensive and I have to live with the results that are rendered because of. I am a single mom who really needed and affordable car to go to work and to take my children to school but to lessen my odds at doing so has made me extremely upset and very angry. I called Ronnie Beck (relationship manager)and shared the information with him, he said that he was not aware of what transpired but he would look into and get back with me. It has been right at a week of not hearing anything back from Ronnie Beck.. So now I know that Family Toyota of Arlington are not Integral they do not look out for the consumer or their customers l. It does not surprise me that I was lied to by the car salesman Karissa Gutierrez Because the managers operate the same he clearly said he would chk on the situation and call me back and he did not.. I run a small business and I truly give my clients excellent customer service, and awesome experience, & exceptional work etc... I am tired of companies saying they value you but their actions clearly states something else. I am aware that everything happens for a reason. Although I have yet to purchase a new car I am glad that Family Toyota didn’t receive any of my money. I would much rather support some other company with my hard earned money..I will be disputing those hits because I did not authorize that at all.My reviews will not be positive about this company and employees., Family Toyota of Arlington has the same affiliation as Family Toyota of Burleson. I think the Better Business Beaure, some news channels, all social media sites, yelp, twitter, facebook etc) should be aware of how poorly they handle their customers maybe they can take their business were it would be appreciated. After all no one wants to be treated unfairly. I didn’t ask for that. Ps... A very Disappointed Custmer!! That should be illegal to do so, I am going to look more into this situation since Ronnie Beck didn’t. Thanks you for really not caring-and being dishonest!!!!! More

My husband and I did a lot of research before we decided on Family Toyota. We made an appointment request online and Frank called within minutes. We set a time for early afternoon. When we got there, despite it being a wet, soggy day, Frank had the 2 vehicles we wanted to look at ready to go. Dealing with Frank was refreshing. He was very helpful and answered all our questions. We were in and out of the dealership within just a couple of hours. We will definitely be returning for future vehicle purchases. More

Great experience I am from the Texas Panhandle. I did the deal on the phone. I could not have asked for a better experience. They made it worth a plane trip to Dallas I am from the Texas Panhandle. They picked me up at the airport in my car and took me back to the dealership. They had all the paperwork ready so that I could get on the road as soon as possible. The only downside was that I had bugs on my new car when I got home. Michael Nkollo and everyone else was great. I recommend everyone in my area to give them a try. More
