In and out in 1 1/2 Hours After finding a great price on a Tacoma on Family's website, I contacted them through their site and spoke with Frank over the phone. Set up an appointment a few days later to see the truck. Test drove and loved it. Everything went smooth with the paperwork and the deal itself. Only downside was that there is a 3 year warranty that was a great value if you didn't have warranties elsewhere (through bank, insurance, etc). It was added to our final price and unfortunately we found out about it after our financing check was written. The sales person should go over it with you before going to financing person. Good to know going in is that the Extra Care package Toyota offers is fully refundable. So, if you haven't done your due diligence through your financing partner, take their package and compare it. If you don't like it, just ask for a cancellation if you find a better offer. Simple. Overall, a great experience, besides the one point. Would recommend. More

I got there and got a Brand new 2018 Camry SE left the lot and a week later they called and said they wanted the car back because bank did not approve the loan. So here I am sad and mad because they did this to me a day before my family trip to Florida and I was already planning on leaving with that vehicle. Go on my trip anyway. Get back and decide to try again so I go to Toyota of Richardson they said they could help me but all they did was run my credit through 12 banks and basically just mess my credit up. I leave without a car and my credit ran through. Days pass and I decide to try once more. So I looked up the reviews on Toyota of Arlington and decided to apply for credit app online. Frank my salesman called me and said he received my info and would call me back to see if I was approved or not. Calls me back and we schedule an app that same day. I show up greats me and shows me multiple vehicles. He was very nice and understanding. I didn’t tell him my situation so he really has no idea how thankful I am. Frank got me in a 2014 Lexus GS for the budget I had in mind. Almost 3 weeks have gone by and he still calls me and asks how everything is going. I love the car and how Toyota of Arlington found a bank that would help me out. For that I am grateful. And would really recommend this place and my man frank. 💪🏾 More
