Car buying experience working with Nick Thursday July 12th was at Family Toyota of Arlington having a complimentary oil change on my wives car and decided I wanted to trade my old Ford Escap Thursday July 12th was at Family Toyota of Arlington having a complimentary oil change on my wives car and decided I wanted to trade my old Ford Escape in. So I waited for Nick Chargualaf who sold me my wives car. This car buying experience was even better than before. I picked out a Tacoma pickup and was told it didn't have a back seat, which I said was fine. Then after taking with my wife she said we should have the rear seat. I texted Nick and asked if it would be a problem to change the truck I picked since I didn't take deliver yet. He said it was fine and he handled all the details and sent me a picture of the truck I was getting and I picked it up on Saturday. Scott Zech was the finance officer and he was extremely helpful as well. This is the best car dealer I have ever dealt with in my 46 years of buyng cars. All the employees treated as though they have known me forever. They truly are a family and I will only buy from them. I highly recommend them. More

No pressure but knew the ins and outs of the Tundra which helped explain a lot about what Family Toyota helps/assists their customers. Closed on the truck in less than 2 hours.
